This is a round gold coin or medallion. The coin depicts a woman in flowing robes holding a torch in one hand and an olive branch in the other, surrounded by rays of light. Her long hair flows behind her. One of her knees is bent, the foot resting on what seems to be a large rock, while her other foot is next to a small domed building. The coin is inscribed with the word "LIBERTY" at the top surrounded by a ring of stars. The date "MCMVII" is imprinted at the lower right.
